Returns & Exchanges

At AnimeXtreme, we want you to love your gear as much as your favorite series, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Please ensure items are free of pet hair, odors, and stains to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AnimeXtreme account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the printed return authorization slip is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
